Welcome to Edie's Bakery! We work our little socks off to bring the best selection of cake and bakes to the streets of Oxfordshire and beyond! From our brownies and blondies, to making custom tiered celebration cakes for every occasion, we hope you'll find exactly what you crave with us.

Cookies
Thicccc, thin, gooey and chewy, our cookie products are some of our best sellers. We offer 3 basic types of cookie product; cookie bars, Thicccc cookies and chewy cookies. All gorgeous but with their own styles.
Cookies are available to order in boxes of 6, 12 and 18 as well as custom orders/sizes.
Rocky Road
Rocky Road's as you've never seen them before! Forget the standard cherries and digestive biscuits, our RR's are jam packed full of incredible combinations and weigh as much as my dreams.

Brownies
Brownies are an absolute classic. We feel a great brownie is the benchmark of a good bakery, and we aren't going to settle for anything less than incredible! Our brownies are gooey with a chewy crust on top, full of your favourite combinations and rich toppings.

Blondies
Think Brownies but the millennials version with a vanilla/white chocolate base, these little nuggets of heaven are easily flavoured with all your favourite sweet treats, perfect for those who don't love a deep chocolate taste!

Mallow Bars
The new kids on the block, don't overlook the marshmallow goodness! We've taken these 90's classics and turned them into a whole new look, packed full of treats and dreamy combinations. These make fab postal orders too.

Cakes
Last but by no means least, the classic bakery cake. Sometimes a good piece of cake is all we crave and there is a reason it wins every time! If you can dream it we can put it in a cake.
